What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. All our products are sent through Australia Post . You can track your item by visiting Australia post website at Track your items - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) .Please use the tracking number provided in the email you received form us. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support team via email , phone or by submitting your request via "contact us" form.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. Additionally, we support Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallets.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,any gift provided and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at support@xsuture.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email about instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Buyers to pay for the return postage , which wont be reimbursed .

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately currenlty we won't be able to process exchange due to stock availablity and inventory management issues .Please do another purchase with the design and size that best suits you.
Please sent us the item that you like to exchange andwe will process you a refund of the item according to our return policy .
